It destroysthe  juicy myelin sheath that insulates your nerve cells. Without thisinsulation, nerve communication is disrupted. The most commonsymptoms are bouts of overwhelming fatigue, loss of coordination, muscleweakness, numbness,  thick(p) speech, and visual difficulties.
